New Polaris Swedish Sportsman 500 Radator Cooling Fan Motor 430-22087 10970

Direct Replacement
It’s a quality fan motor, but not a direct bolt on replacement. The motor shaft is about .010 larger than the fan blade hole. The three mounting holes are about 1/8 off an inch off. Several ways to fix that. You will need some heat shrink for the wiring harness. You will also have to tap a 10-32 hole for the harness clamp to fit the back of the motor. The hole is there but it is not threaded, use a bottoming tap to thread as deep as possible. These modifications were needed for a 1997 Polaris Sportsman 500. Just a little time consuming.
