Great tuner for QRP ops.

Simple, one touch interface for tuning QRP field operations. Integration with FT-817/818 is extremely simple. Only need to add your own jumper coax between radio and Z-817 and 4 AA batteries to deploy. Interface cable comes with unit for use with FT-817/818.

Plastic Resistance Box Precision Variable Decade Resistor 0-9999Ohm Fine Black

Very low quality, but of some use to hobbyist.

While the box works for it's purpose, the workmanship and parts quality is seriously lacking. What looks like banana plug jacks is nothing more than a very loose plastic knob on a very low quality machine screw. I'll be changing these out for real banana plugs. The resistance selected on my unit seemed to work within 3% of their stated values, and the knobs turn easily.

Great USB to Serial solution

Great USB to Serial hub with indication lights that let you know what's going on. Runs off USB power and uses the FTDI chipset, so no driver worries. Can be mounted solid to wall or desk using the flanges at the ends of the unit.
