The plastic item was received at the post office unsealed, smashed and not protected with padding. I was shocked at the condition of the box and worried about damage but it seems to be ok. Thanks!

Great except the placement of controls.
This is my 2nd one. My only disappointment with this one is the contols are on the bottom of the handle. You can't hold it in your hair and change it.

My granddaughter loves it! It was easy to put together and very sturdy. Would recommend.

Disappointed
I was disappointed that the hands did not really glow in the dark. I bought the clock because I wanted something I could see the time during the night. If you are purchasing the clock based on that do not buy. Otherwise, it is okay.
