Defective charging port
0 of 1 found this helpful I was very happy with this new phone for the first 4 months or so but then it started to get increasingly more difficult to charge to the point where I'd have to fanagle the charger connector left, right,up, down and very carefully clamp it in place without moving the phone in order to charge . After some research, I found out I wasn't the only one who's experienced this with this model ZTE, which is due to a defective charging port.
