Item damaged
Received item today (2/5/16). Upon opening the box I observed that the heating element was loose and was against the front grill. I opened the heater and didn't think that my trying to fix the item was best. I put the item back in the box and will await your instructions. I think the unit will be fine but don't want one that needs repairs before first use.

Great little player
I love this little player. It is a real workhorse. With the card reader, I can add extra memory. I can enjoy music and radio on the go. It holds a charge for at least 14 hours (that is as long as I used it without recharging). It's compact size is a real plus when carrying in your pocket. I own several of these so I can always have one available. They are relatively inexpensive so I don't worry if I should happen to lose one. They hold up well to sand at the beach. They are easy to load music with Windows Media Player. No special software needed.
