Only one mark on the exterior which for an item this age is very good. I had some initial trouble with a some files not saving and another when the led on lights would not power off, even when the unit was switched off. This required the battery being removed. I have used it more since without issue and put it down to the camera not being used much before, perhaps getting warmed up-if that's a thing? It produces good footage and has recorded my sons goalkeeping so far. So far a great product
