A Waste of money sold under false pretence
0 of 1 found this helpful This product comes from the US and the problem is that the hot and cold flexibles are not compatible with the UK and trying to get the correct information as to what the actual female hose end size is is impossible.
Also this product us non returnable so at the moment I have a tap/faucet that is unusable.
A simple pair of adaptors from US to UK sizing would solve the issue but no!!!
Mien when i contacted them also state very clearly that their warranty is null and void if I find and install adaptors to solve the problem myself
Why supply products to the UK if theyvare not compatible?
