Great laptop, a little on the heavy side
I upgraded from an XPS M1210. I had my mind set on the XPS M1330, but came across a great deal on the XPS 1340. Beautiful screen and backlit keyboard. Take out the 8 screws on the bottom of the laptop and you have access to the complete machine. Very easy to add RAM or a hard drive. Many reviews say that the XPS 1340's run very hot. The machine temps show a little on the high side, but I have yet to notice any issues because of it. It's heavier than I expected even with the extended battery, but no more than a pound or so compared to my old XPS M1210. It's super fast with a fresh install of Windows 7.

Great Product
I just upgraded from a Gen 1 Zune and I am very impressed. Since I switched to a Zune from an Ipod, I always missed the Ipod's click-wheel, but not anymore. The new Zune Pad controls are amazing and 100x better than the Zune Gen 1. In addition to the u,d,l,r buttons, you can slide your finger up and down to scroll through songs and menus or slide left or right to change tracks, etc. The slide functions can also be turned off if you don't like them. I would definitely recommend the new Zune. A+++
