Evap can be in the way
I have an 05 Wrangler, which this product does fit. The driver's side went on very early, just reach up and unplug the existing connector, then plug in the trailer wiring harness. The passenger side gave me much more of a fit. I had to partially remove the inner fender so that I was able to pull out the evap canister (located in the wheel well directly in front of the taillight). This was necessary so that I was actually able to reach up behind the canister and pull the taillight plug down. This process only added a few minutes to the install, and is of now way any fault of the Curt harness. Beware that newer Wranglers may run into this problem. Overall a great product that plugged in (once I was able to reach the plugs) very easily and works great.
