Title Misleading
If you want to learn how to draw birds this book offers little. If you want to learn how to color and shade with colored pencils then you might be more happy. I wanted to learn how to draw birds for watercolor so this book was only somewhat useful to me. But you need drawing skills already in place to use this book.

Excellent foundation
If you like mineral foundations I find this one to be the best of the bunch.

Easy to change out needles.
First let me say it arrived very quickly. Next it is easy to change out the needles and gives you a large grip if handling small needles is a problem. I have an injured hand and needed something to help me grip until my hand heals as my hand is not as flexible at the moment. More surface grip to give a better hold if you have hand issues.
