Perfect for run and gun
I shoot video and photo for a summer camp. So I'm switching between shooting styles and lenses and filters and even different type of events very quickly (oh, and I get around on a bicycle).
This pack has been awesome for the fast-paced workflow of camp video/photo work. It just slips around to your front and you open it up to grab your camera. Serves as a good platform to switch lenses on.
The only downside of the one-shoulder sling design is that it does put a crick in my neck. Because of that, I alternate shoulders occasionally. But the actual experience of wearing it is very comfortable. But at the end of the day, I have to straighten my spine.
I've very pleased to be shooting with this pack.

Most versatile 4/3 Lens
I manage a team of videographers at a sports summer camp. That means we have a lot of light. And that means run-and-gun videography.
I've sought out and tested a lot of alternatives to this focal length, but have always come back to this lens as the most versatile.
It's lightweight compared to the too-heavy Olympus 12-200.
It's built better than the Tamron 14-150, and focuses faster.
It's much more convenient (but a bit softer) than using a dual-lens setup like the 12-60 f3.5 and 45-150 f4.
This is a get-it-done lens. It doesn't breath. It has good close-focusing abilities (not quite macro). And it's stabilization is great when paired with a stabilized sensor.
But it isn't the sharpest lens out there.
This is less noticeable for video (because of motion blur). Pictures are way beyond acceptable, but lack the WOW of more expensive lenses. Still, for a canoe trip or a low-stake vacation, it's the lens I reach for the most often.
