Seller reached out to confirm the shipping/arrival dates to make sure that I would be home to receive them and that the temperature in my area wasn’t going to be too hot to ship them. They were packaged perfectly! The box was clearly labeled “live animals” and the carrier followed the instructions on box to “please ring doorbell” and to “keep out of sun”. Received a few extra snails,they are all healthy and look great! I can’t recommend this seller enough! A+ Service!

The snails came days before I should have originally received them. They were packaged very nicely. Just know the seller takes care of your order from beginning to end. I might be a first time buyer for the seller but I will definitely be back to order again. The seller also put instructions on how to care for them. Love it.

Great for price!
