Unbelievably bright. Have an old 3 D cell krypton and a 2 AA 99 lumen mini. This little flashlight is amazing.

Great Little Trimmer - Better QC Needed For Reconditioned Sales
The reason I rated it three stars is that the reconditioned one that I ordered arrived broken and it shouldn't have gotten through their reconditioning inspection process. The detent catch that holds the head in the trimming/edging positions engaged loosely in the trimming position and not at all in the edging position. I contacted Worx informing them that it appeared as though someone had failed to read the directions and "muscled" the head into the the edging position without pulling outward on the spring-loaded handle first and snapped something inside (later examination proved that to indeed be the case). The reason I recommended it though is that Worx sent me a brand-new one in a sealed factory box and it works great for the light trimming I needed it for. They also let me keep the first one. There are two batteries included with the trimmer and I've only used 2/3 of one battery to do all of the trimming on my medium sized yard, twice. So, it's the ticket for me and most people on an average city lot.
