Fits but material is wrong
This fits a standard Sullivan starter just fine. The problem is that the material they use is way too hard it is just like skateboard wheel some type of stiff urethane that does not grab the cones correctly . However on a bear or not or a spinner not it would be fine but still a little too hard to grab the propeller and will damage both the spinner and the propeller

A Builders kit, make no mistake
If you are looking for a rocket to build in a couple of days & fly, then move along. This is not for you
This is an interesting and complex build that will provide a true craftsman with hours of challenges.
The paper wraps that form the booster tubes & body tubes are not difficult to make, but difficult to execute
on a great looking level.
If you are going to build this, it would be a good idea to tackle one of the simpler rockets.
