Works well and was easy to set up.
Product works as advertised. Had to get it registered with the Internet Service Provider (ISP) before it would work, but once that was done, it was simple to set it up. Connect up the wires, plug it, give it a couple minutes to initialize and then go. Since it was an upgrade from a DOCSIS 3.0 to 3.1 modem, my Internet bill went down so this will pay for the modem.

Apparently good part.
Whirlpool part. Installed in a few minutes. It works well. Being a genuine Whirlpool part to replace the original, we expect it will last at least 5 years. Time will tell.
