Regular run model feels better quality
I bought a regular run model and I loved it so when I saw the blue I had to grab it because blue is my thing. This for some weird reason just feels like the quality control was a little less strict on this limited run. Still works great and punches well above its price range but the original one I purchased feels just a bit better in quality

The Perfect Ranger!!
1 of 1 found this helpful I have a few 112's including some customs and this one is my new favorite. The finger grooves make the ergo's even better and I didn't think that was possible because of how good they are on the classic Ranger. Buck is known for shipping their knives sharp but this example was extremely sharp out of the box and the swedge on the clip point was done perfectly as well. Buck did a fantastic job on this one and now I got my perfect EDC

5 stars because of the price
I own several BC straps and think that they are an excellent value for the money. They are very close in quality to the ISO's but a lot less expensive. That being said I purchased this for my Orange Monster because I like the look of the OEM strap but I do not like the feel of it. I gave this strap 5 stars because for $25 bucks it cannot be beat. It is well made and very soft and it has the vanilla sent that MOST of us love. The only drawback is that it is a bit sticky to the touch and it gets a little annoying when wet unless it is worn very tight which bothers me. I find this a little weird being that it is a dive watch strap. Don't get me wrong, it is not silicone strap sticky and will not collect lint but it is not as smooth as natural rubber. Great strap for the money but my Monster is wearing it's ISO right now while the 285 is asleep in my "watch parts box".
