Skip the gym... buy one of these
By no means is a 70-200mm lens light; they're heavy and once you're used to hefting it around (you carry it like a rifle most of the time) you're going to be taking some amazing shots
In MTL there is always snow or rain; the weather sealing on this lens is excellent and works well (I walked for 8 hours in the rain and it perfomed all day)
Tamron; for some reason have the lens focus the opposite way to everyother manufaturer out there and that does take some getting used to
Overall; it's as good as the Canon and better than the Sigma equivilents :)

Amazing car, a must have for any Ghostbusters fan
This is basically any Ghostbusters wet dream, well made and incredibly detailed. The packaging that this car comes in is bomb proof, your car will arrive in perfect shape for sure
I have both of the cars from the Hotwheels Elite line and this is the one people go to when they see my collection
