Minolta 85mm f1.4 G Lens for Sony A900

The quality and build of this lens are amazing. The lens is sharp as a tack even at wide open. The bokah caused by using the lens at large aperatures is pleasing and the handling is smooth and focus fast. The lens has a focus lock which makes it easy to take photos of flowers, people and close ups and hold a specific focal point and then shift the point of view but maintaining the close focus. The lens is solid a bit heavy but that is due to the large glass elements. I have tested many other lenses in the past but this lens is an incredible tool which I use for close ups and portrait work. Best of all it produces amazing images on my full frame Sony A900 camera. If you have a chance to buy one of these do not hesitate.
