  Very nice item, as described, and well packed. Extremely happy with item. Delivery by Amazon was dreadful - two days later than original date, then time range was 8 hours, then it gradually narrowed and got later. Finally we had to go out and the item was delivered when we were out. It was just dumped on the ground in full view when it could easily have been hidden behind a pillar just three feet away - driver didn't bother. I suggest excellent supplier does not use Amazon delivery!

  Parcel did not arrive by expected date, so waited to see if arrived late. However, in the meantime ClickMagic had realised the parcel hadn't been delivered on said date and I received an email that they were going to chase it up with the courier. They then informed me that the parcel had been lost in transit with Yodel and immediately issued me a refund in full. This was fantastic 5 star service from ClickMagic on their instant action on behalf of the customer. Pity can't say the same for Yodel.

  Fast dispatch and quick delivery but shower head turned out to be faulty, not sellers fault as was seal in hard plastic case. Contact seller who got back to me ASAP and sorted out a refund on receipt of the free return head. Recommend to all as the service was very good and I would purchase from them again. 👍

  This company are shocking avoid at all costs they are not a business. they sent me a broken packet and the chain no padlock or keys as item description stated. Absolutely joke of a company and refusing to give me a refund for this item photo attached of the item how it arrived. Very angry about the way they ave gone about this.
