Poly Urethane leather steering wheel cover
I stitched it following a YouTube video and it looks great, but it feels like thin rubber coated foam. It is bonded to what I believe is thin sheepskin leather. Great for under $4!

Not a Samsonite! But other than the name...
It may be 13 inches in length, not in height
and that's because of the angle of the supports. It is very strong and I use it to work on door closers in my mobile lock shop. Saves space, lightweight, and I weigh 255 lbs. My only complaint is the thin rubber foot pads. Best price of $17 and free shipping!
