  Antenna arrived late out of description due to health and shipping issues. A refund was given by seller, however not requested or wanted by buyer. Communication could be better, on both sides. purchased March 14- arrived April 15, 2025

  Dean. You are getting a FREE antenna so what is your complaint? I could not control FedEX and their shipping schedule, etc. Take a look at the messages you sent me as they all have a nasty tone, and I would rather to give you a FULL REFUND and not have to deal with more nasty toned comments telling me to get with FedEX and find out what is going on with the delivery. When the antenna arrives, it is FREE. If it does not arrive then I suggest you follow up with FedEX.

  This is the third j pole I’ve ordered from Cliff and, as usual, it arrived in Cliff’s ‘should be patented’ home brew antenna box unscathed, although FedEx did their best to try to destroy it. The way Cliff packages his products pretty much guarantees they’ll arrive without being bent. If the need ever arrives for me to get another J Pole, I’ll be coming back for more.
