Not just "not plastic", but functionally "better" than plastic.
Gentle on gums but stiff enough to feel like they are doing the job. Texture of the bamboo in your mouth takes a bit of getting used to, but no more so that increasingly weird and pointless overmoulded rubbery bumps and inclusions of a plastic toothbrush.
Simple no-frills flat handle design is surprisingly comfortable an easy to manipulate.
The use of the work "vegan" in the description though is beyond me, and distinctly irritating.

More than good enough for the price.

Functional, basic.
Basic, not comfortable enough for all day-use. Fair enough for the price. Surprised Microsoft were happy to put their name on this.
