  Thank you for your review. We take full responsibilty for the missing screw as we did not notice it was missing when listing the grinder. Rest assured, it is not a "necessary" part of the grinder. Its sole purpose is to lock in the bean hopper however won't have any effect on using the grinder. We are awaiting on next Eureka shipment to send you a replacement screw and have emailed you to alert you of this. If you'd like to return the grinder, we will happily oblige. Thank you.

  Your order did not have missing parts. You assumed it came with the funnel when that is not a standard accessory. We explained this to you. We even agreed to ship one out at our expense. You're welcome. We also shipped your order within the time frame in which we listed the item on eBay.
