Great for beginners and pros alike.
1 of 1 found this helpful My sister loves baking pies, but often can't find the right balance for her crusts. This book has different recipes for crusts and so many options for fillings. She is going to love this as a Christmas gift. My mother strummed through it and agreed that this will make a great gift for anyone who is interested in baking pies.
