I completed my purchase at 7:19AM on Monday 1/16/23, and the code was delivered to my email at 7:23AM with no issues or hoops to jump through. Product worked exactly as described. Was able to use 2 of the 3 codes successfully two months in a row by turning off auto renew and allowing subscription to lapse as instructions described. 3rd code had expired by the time my 2nd code subscription ran out. Messaged seller about it and received a refund for that portion within the hour. Great communication and customer service!

All the intructions are thoughtfully laid out and clearly explained.Just cancel your ending subscription and rejoin with the new code sent and MS askes for a backup payment for reacuuring, just give them one and then turn off reaccuring and MS will scare you into leaving it on but just cancel reaccuring and you have all of ultimate.
