Not an exact fit for RX350
I have a 2012 RX350 and there is a notch in the OEM product that is missing on these (see circled area in picture). This notch is essential to getting the hook to fit into the opening. I was able to file down the edge making it fit and work, but still wasn't exact fit right out of the box.

Happy customer - only 1 minor issue
Glad I bought the whole assembly!
Once the fans were removed off the car I found a crack in the shroud - originally thought I was only going to replace the fans. Thankfully, this was everything I needed.
There was 1 exception! On the left fan (in front of the passenger side of the car) I had to use a dremel on one of the arms that hold the fan onto the shroud. The assembly would not fit into place and clear one of the engine mounts near the condenser. *see pic*
