Great for stews and soups
I have the much longer slotted roux spoon and was looking for a smaller one. The is great and has already saved a pan of tomatoes from sticking. The flat surface does a wonderful job of stirring the entire bottom of a pan. It even came in a nice reusable cloth storage bag. Am very pleased with item for use with somewj=hat shallow pans.

Just what I wanted
The item was exactly as expected is a nice size for larger roasting jobs and I like the light aluminum
