  Item arrived packaged, upon opening it did have the faint smell of burnt plastic. Upon inspection, it was quite dusty and will need to be cleaned thoroughly. Otherwise works well so far, cpuz indicates it is indeed the product I bought. Delivery was quick but that was due to express posting given by seller for agreeing with price. Again only issues I have is the amount of dust caked in the heatsink.
