  I was sent an incorrect item by accident (the 26L variant of a backpack instead of the listed 34L), so that wasn't good, but it seems like it was an honest mistake and the seller immediately refunded me in full. Having the wrong item sent isn't great, but if it's going to happen (and it will because sellers are human too) this is exactly the kind of interaction I want to have: quick, easy, and efficient to get it sent back to him. If he had the 34L variant, I'd have bought from him again!

  Not sure what this seller's issue is - He generously accepted three of my offers on cars which I auto-payed for. I simply requested combined shipping and a refund for the extra $$ I spent on the other two (very standard and polite request) and he refused, then cancelled all 3 orders. Disappointed in sellers like this...

  Sorry the transaction didn’t work out. The buyer purchased and paid for three items, then requested combined shipping after the fact. I don’t offer combined shipping, and while this wasn’t stated in the listing, I would’ve clarified if asked beforehand. To avoid further issues, I canceled all three orders and issued full refunds. I encourage buyers to reach out with special requests before purchasing to ensure a smooth transaction.
