I would not recommend this product. Had two and neither one worked.

I thought this would be a good product for me. I have next and shoulder pain. It would of been great, if it worked. The pad would keep shutting off when you moved. It seemed like it had a short. Also the control didn’t work correctly. It had a warning in the directions if red like is blinking an error had occurred. To discontinue use. I returned it and got another one and had problems also. Same problems plus the vibration didn’t work on the second one.
