    The item (167529735349) was described as new, but it was not. The item shows visible signs of use. The Seller blamed shipping but the item was very well packaged. Rust marks and wrapping damage from prior use do not come from shipping.

    HI Sir, We explained to you that this batteries comes from the factory and may get some dents or damages cause of the transportation. We have sold hundreds of this batteries and we never face this situation. We offer you full refund or even partial refund and you disagreed, it shows bad intentions in your behavior. Even the picture shows a new battery with some dents and crash. Thank you anyway for your purchase.
