It was not and the glass was completely shattered. It was a metal frame with oval glass, wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard on front and back side and then shipping in a bubble envelope, not enough protection especially for glass, one tap on the side could have shattered it. I messaged the seller and sent photos and have not received a response.
