Fits well and great value
If you just can't find the original hood for the Canonet, this fits well and is a great value

Last and best version pre-app store
This version does things that the newer app store versions don't do like make a proper DVD from iMovie which seems to have been downgraded in subsequent versions. iPhoto works great without bloat. Get 'em while they're still cheap!

If you want auto exposure from an M42 camera, this one is without peer!
It offers aperture priority auto exposure with the ability to shift one or two stops up or down.
With Fujica M42 lenses (with the click stop and aperture lever in the base) it can meter for auto exposure fully wide open.
With any other M42 lens you have to use the depth of field preview button to get the auto exposure right.
I takes modern batteries (no adapters...yea!)
They seem to be pretty robust, none of the several I've bought from eBay have had any issues.
Not the quietest camera, but certainly comparable to it's peers.
