I haven't gotten the merchandise yet, but this is not the vendor's fault - it's the Post Office here in the States. The vendor sent the item in a timely manner, & it was received at the local Post Office, but for whatever reason, It was never delivered to me. According to a PO employee, the package was returned to the vendor; she hasn't received it yet, either. I can only figure that it's on a round the world tour or hopelessly lost. I've filed a claim, but have yet to hear anything.

The seller asked to know the reason why he lost a one star in the feedback. So here is: reason is the inaccuracy in the description of the dry pen, because the inner packaging in the dry pen is not fixed, meaning by pressing the pen to write it slips inside the pen.which is considered as a defect in the pen.
