The vendor sent the item in a timely manner, & it was received at the local Post Office, but for whatever reason, It was never delivered to me. According to a PO employee, the package was returned to the vendor; she hasn't received it yet, either. I can only figure that it's on a round the world tour or hopelessly lost.
