    Won bid on the item. Seller come up with multiple excesses why he had delayed shipping the item. Seller say he is going to refund my money. I did win the item at a very low bid price because no one bidded against me. I believe seller just is not willing to let it go. I'm finding this is happening way to often lately. not wasting my time any longer with Ebay.
