Bad Product

This product kept falling apart during minor use. It does not function as advertised. It would stop working after every single cut attempted and caused me to have to reset it over and over. So frustrating, it is not worth using again. I would never recommend it to anyone. it should be removed from the market place. I would like to return. Thanks for this request as I was in the process of preparing to file a formal complaint and claim. I have purchased other TORO products that worked which misinformed me as to this one. I have never felt as strongly about returning an item on any of my ebay purchasers as I do about this one. Please help!
