Tool doesn’t work well.
Upon first use the cutter did not work at all and had to be sharpened. Yes it’s a cheap tool, but would expect it to at least work the first time.

Good cheap trolley
Bought this trolley for my workshop as others in local stores were double the price. So far so good, easy assembly, takes the weight of tools I use on light vehicles. Doubtful about how long the plastic castor wheels will last but for the price I'm not complaining. Recommended to anyone chasing a budget trolley for their workshop.

Good quality product
Good quality product. Has been on the back window of my car for 6 months now and looks as good as it did the day I put it there.
