These things work very well, but a couple of points, You can get by with a half tablet. (sometimes even a third of a tablet), They are best taken about 20 minutes before bedtime and they can make you awake a little drowsy, but that seems to wear off in a couple of hours. So my opinion is use them to get your sleep pattern back in order. That means it's not much good lying in bed awake until 2 am and then taking one. Admit you have a problem, use 1 or 1/2 before bedtime and then cut back the dosage.
