  Received bought baritone in good condition. Cardboard box was well taped, but ripped partly open during shipping by UPS. Fortunately, the baritone was well packed by seller with bubblewrap, newpaper, and foam padding so it was received in the condition as described. Excellent communication with this seller. My grandson should enjoy playing this baritone!
