Could have been better
Not a bad light. Certainly heats as described. However, be careful and don’t extend the arm because it’s very unstable. The base is not heavy enough and the arm is not built out of heavy duty metal. There really should be an insulated small handle on the top of the appliance. This would help users who need to shift the head in minor ways while using or to catch the lamp when it falls over. Would I buy again? No. Is it heavy duty enough to use outside of the home in a small clinic? No. Too much money vs benefit and safety issues.
