Defective
I ordered two headsets both of which are defective. Both have 1 earphone not working and one has the leather all ripped up. Asked for a return and they messaged a label that was so tiny you couldn’t read or scan it. If you resized it messed up the pixalation to where you couldn’t read it either. Then said I am out of my 30 day return window when asked for a proper label.
