It's a keeper.
The dial is sublime and wonderful. Looks black in low light, but just beautify outdoors in the sun. The strap is nice, but I still put it on a SC Angus and it made it just wonderful.

Great looking dial with fantastic features and value.
I fell in love with this watch not knowing it was a recent release from Seiko. The case design is not new but the combination of blue sunray dial and colors is perfect. The outer chapter ring just sparkles with like from the multiple facet rings circling in it. The markers are lumed and while no dive watch still isn't bad.
FYI, on a Super Jubilee bracelet this watch is a stunner, still the nato band is well done too.
