Some swapping then worked for me.

The actual electrical part was very useful but the bulb hung below the plastic shade and there was a glare. So, I used a different shade that was longer and softened the glare of the light. THEN used the plastic shade with a different electrical hanging light and it covered the bulb with that one. Too much information??? Well, it all worked for me after trial and swapping!

Highly recommended by my MD and an effective product.

This product is what I originally purchased from my dermatologist for 30% more. It was recommended by the MD and I was very pleased with it but it was a strain on the budget. I was very pleased to find it on ebay ... unopened ... for less.
