  The quality, appearance, and consistency of this product do not appear authentic! Looks like Vanilla extract. Sponge tip came soaked brown when I took the cap off. Seller was highly defensive repeatedly stating they don't refund. This is probably why they don't refund. Too bad I was duped! Would give 0 stars if wax an option.

  you used the item that was brand new and because you did NOT like it, you wanted to return it. You're a terrible buyer, why would I take back a used item and then try to resell it.

  Item had little fiber hanging from it so it is unlikely to be New (I was able to take a picture that actually captured the fiber on camera)...it MIGHT be unused (on the lips) ...but NOT New. Looks like it was swiped with a wipe or something (which if it were new it wouldn't need). Otherwise its in decent conditon and a good amount of product is left so I will disinfect and keep it but description should be accurate and priced accordingly.
