1 of 1 found this helpful Used it on my 06 LBZ Duramax with 195,000 miles on it. No symptoms just as maintenance. Followed instructions on line mixing with diesel fuel and feeding it to fuel lines in the engine compartment. Smoothed idle, quieted injector noise, improved fuel efficiency from 15.3 to 16.6 mpg average.
