I noticed a few days after my order that it hadn't been shipped yet & I was quite anxious to receive it for pain relief & comfort purposes; so I contacted the seller & informed them of such, & they saw to it that it was shipped right out immediately. They also responded kindly, offering any needed further assistance. I would definitely order from them again.

Still had a false sence of it was shipped. That wasn't true. When I tracked it, it said it was almost delivered, and still nothing. I thought it was a mistake. But like I said they did refund my money.
