Solid used transmission
We checked several suppliers looki by for a good used transmission for our 1997 Lexus LS400. Oddly at least 2 suppliers in different parts of the country claimed to have one in stock with 75,000 miles. Although the 2 outlets claimed not to be related in checking reviews the same glowing reviews were posted okn both sites. That prompted me to do more research which revealed that one of the companies has recently changed their name due to extremely bad reviews from customers and a dismal rating frokm the BBB. I opted to go with a company who listed on facebook s o at least I have recourse in the event of any dispute. The tranny arrived and was installed with no problem. So far so good. Works perfectly and THAT is the truth.
