I wanted a simple tracker that would continuously track certain metrics and this activity tracker works well for my purposes. The Garmin app it works with has good functionality too. It works for a good time between charges. Only major issue I had with the tracker is that wearing for a long period of time or some having some moisture get caught between the band and skin causes a slight rash or discomfort on my wrist. I think this is because I have sensitive skin and I just switch wrist.
