Surprisingly good item
1 of 1 found this helpful The advertisement is for a sign. I had a rather complex image I needed. I wasn't sure if this would work. It did!
I've kept it shrunk-wrapped in the plastic (transparent plastic, so it's perfectly usable unopened, and a bit better protected until the plastic breaks), so I can't talk about waterproofing, but so far, it's done well for what I needed it for.
Edit: Two years later, with plenty of exposure to (clean) water, it still looks great!

Awesome case. Super-tough, well-engineered, and still lightweight/compact
1 of 1 found this helpful I thought I was getting a basic, overpriced case. I couldn't find an economical one where I could see the the cards for easy access, so I splurged a little bit.
Boy was I wrong.
This is the world's best SD card case. It's made of thick, tough plastic, with an O-ring. It's overbuilt for toughness, but without adding bulk. Thick plastic. Tough hinge. Reinforced in all the right places. Everything is super-precisely cut and manufactured. It just feels well well-engineered too -- all the details are right. It doesn't add any unnecessary bulk, so it's still light and compact enough for my use: To sit in my electronics drawer, and hold my SD cards. Which is precisely what it will do.
I guess the upside is that if a hurricane hits my house at some point, I might be dead, but my SD cards will survive. Or if I ever make a trek through Antarctica, I'll have something to bring my cards in.
