Good & powerful. Really heavy (that's good, more copper windings).
The past 5 hp motors I have purchased burned-up & I wasn't sure why. I usually get 2 years out of each motor on my shop air compressor. This motor is larger, longer & heavier that the past motors. It doesn't sound stressed on startup. I think the last three motors were miss labeled & were not true 5 hp. I have high hopes for this beast.
